Pho K Plus is officially my new go-to Vietnamese spot! Their pho broth is incredibly flavorful—rich, comforting, and clearly made with care. Prices are solid, and everything else I’ve tried has been just as delicious: crispy fried eggrolls, fresh spring rolls, and tender, well-seasoned pork chops. They’ve only been open for about 10 months, so if you’re in the Rancho area and love Vietnamese food, check them out and help keep this gem around. We need spots like this to stick around!
